• Oversee nursing staff during weekend shifts, ensuring exceptional care
  .

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans as necessary.

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to address concerns or issues.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide guidance to nursing staff and ensure compliance with facility policies and regulations.

• Act as a liaison between residents, families, and the healthcare team.

• Valid RN license in New Hampshire
  .

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills
  .

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  .

• Experience in long-term care or similar settings is a plus.
