Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Hospital Setting - Bulk Hiring
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our hospital team. The LPN will provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians while supporting the delivery of safe, high-quality healthcare services in an acute care environment.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospital setting while maintaining professionalism and compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and nursing care plans.
- Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs, symptoms, and changes in condition.
- Administer medications and treatments within the LPN scope of practice.
- Assist with patient admissions, transfers, and discharge processes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Support Registered Nurses and physicians with patient care procedures and treatments.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
- Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families regarding care plans, medications, and recovery instructions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program.
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the applicable state.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred; new graduates may be considered depending on department needs.
- Strong communication, clinical, and organizational skills.
- Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
