Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Bulk Hiring
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct patient care and assist patients with daily living activities under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care in a professional healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
- Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration.
- Help patients with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
- Assist nurses and healthcare providers with patient care procedures.
- Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, safe, and organized.
- Provide emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families.
- Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA guidelines at all times.
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and requests.
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred.
- Previous healthcare or long-term care experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to lift, move, and assist patients safely.
