- Oversee bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting functions
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Handle tax planning and tax return preparation
- Maintain and build strong client relationships
- Provide excellent customer service to small business clients
- Participate in management meetings and firm initiatives
- Ensure accounting processes and procedures are followed and improved
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- 8+ years of accounting experience (public accounting preferred)
- Experience preparing financial statements and business tax returns
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Quick Books Online (preferred)
