Mike Castrucci Ford Milford is seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Service Cashier to join our award-winning Service Department. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, providing outstanding customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.

As the first and last person many of our service customers interact with, you’ll play an important role in creating exceptional customer experience.

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional attitude.
• Process payments for service repair orders accurately.
• Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Assist customers with questions regarding service visits.
• Support Service Advisors and the Service Manager with administrative duties.
• Maintain accurate customer records using dealership software.
• Help keep the cashier and customer waiting areas clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service during every interaction.

• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and learning dealership management software.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
