Member Services Representative
• Planet Fitness

Responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests.

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests, providing exceptional customer service.
• Handle front desk activities: answer phones, check members into the system, process new member sign‑ups, and take prospective members on tours.
• Facilitate updates to member accounts.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally, escalating to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed.
• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
• Other related duties as assigned.

• Customer service background preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Passion for fitness and health.
• Upbeat and positive attitude.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
• Strong listening and empathetic problem‑solving abilities.
• Diplomatic interaction skills.
• CPR certification required.
• High school diploma/GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Continual standing and walking during shift.
• Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to toxic chemicals.
