Customer Support Associate I
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive customer orders, reviewing customer order requirements, resolving any missing, ambiguous, or non-standard customer requirements, entering orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders. You will report to the Customer Service Manager.
• Receive customer orders (both internally and externally), reviewing customer order requirements
• Resolve any missing, ambiguous or non-standard customer requirements
• Enter orders into the business system and following up with customers regarding changes to orders
• Be accurate in all phases of order entry, debits, credits and returns and the approval process according to client guidelines.
• Counsel customers on basic information concerning shipments, availability, packaging, and other general information.
• Working experience in Customer Service-related field or college degree.
• Understand and be able to assist with all Customer Service regardless of the region or business segment to give full back-up support.
