Order Management Representative

Job Title :
Customer Service Admin/Order Management/Entry Duration : 6+ Months

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Communication:
Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests; maintain positive client relationships and ensure satisfaction

Order & Account Management:
Process, track, and ship internal sales orders;
As well as set up all new accounts and account maintenance.

Accounting:
Enter all Consignment billings, Credits, and Debits on a daily and weekly basis, which includes communicating with Finance, Customers, Pricing, outside Logistics vendors, and Customer Service. Technical & Information Support:
Answer customer inquiries regarding specific paperwork and manage the system that enables the customers to access those files.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct customer interaction and internal Client's customer interaction.

Proficiency in sales support software, CRM systems, and administrative tools.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of Client's products, coatings, or specialty materials is a plus.

By ensuring accurate order processing, timely delivery, and strong customer service, the Customer Service Admin helps Client maintain its reputation for quality and reliability, while enabling the sales team to focus on building relationships and closing deals.
