- 0-3 years of experience.
- Performs technical tasks, normally under direction and supervision of a chemist, engineer, or professional qualified manager, contributory to the planning and execution of engineering projects.
- On the job training, with cross training for other skilled positions and opportunities for advancement.

- Six Paid Statutory Holidays after 90 days probationary period.
- One week paid vacation bonus after six months / 960 regular hours, and every six months worked.
- Weekly pay by direct deposit.
