Option Care Health - - Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacist with prescription compounding, preparation, and processing in accordance with policies and state regulations;
Prepare medications to be accurately compounded and labeled;
Perform basic pharmaceutical calculations to determine correct dosages;
Maintain and sanitize pharmacy surfaces and laminar flow hoods, and inspect equipment for defects;
Record and maintain pharmacy temperature and cleaning logs; participate in reporting medication-related incidents
