Data Engineer, Data Analyst
Overview
15+ years of overall experience in architecting and building data and analytics solutions, including at least one DW/Data Lake implementation covering areas like failures and performance issues. Must have experience with ETL, reporting, data modeling and data warehouse architecture. This role requires strong data modeling, data strategy, governance, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver robust data solutions.
Responsibilities- Model data structures, establish storage frameworks, and enforce data security to support seamless access, real-time insights, and organizational decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including data engineers and IT teams, to ensure robust data solutions that meet current and future business needs.
- Work with customer teams to create data blueprint for data storage, optimize performance, and plan migrations to cloud or hybrid environments, making data accessible and actionable.
- Data Modeling & Integration: define data storage, processing and access plans. Develop conceptual, logical & physical data models, structures, and relationships. Help customers integrate data from various sources while optimizing database performance.
- Data Strategy & Governance: define data strategy & roadmaps. Develop frameworks & standards for data quality, consistency and compliance.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, ADF, etc.) and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA as sources and data extraction from SAP sources to EDW/Cloud.
- Deep understanding of at least one cloud technology (e.g., AWS components and Snowflake architecture, design best practices).
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Palantir, Data Bricks, Delta Lake, etc.
- Experience in EDW modernization to Cloud, mapping and analyzing source and target systems for migration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven experience in ETL, reporting, data modeling and data warehouse architecture.
- Experienced in analysis, design, data modeling and effort estimation.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools like Informatica, Talend, ADF, etc., and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau.
- Experience with SAP, SAP BW, SAP HANA as sources and data extraction from SAP sources to EDW/Cloud.
- Deep understanding of at least one cloud technology (e.g., AWS components) and Snowflake architecture, design best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake, Palantir, Data Bricks, Delta Lake, etc.
- Experience in EDW modernization to Cloud, with ability to map, analyze source and target systems for migration.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AI/ML pipelines and feature stores.
- Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF).
- Knowledge of Dev Ops/Data Ops (CI/CD, Terraform, Kubernetes).
Base Salary Range: $120,000 to $140,000 Per Annum
