Oracle Ebs Order-To-Cash (O2c) Functional Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Ebs Order-To-Cash (O2c) Functional Architect with deep expertise in Oracle Ebs R12 Order Management and Financials. The architect will lead the design and configuration of end-to-end O2c processes covering Order Management, Inventory, Shipping Execution, Intercompany, Invoicing, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Applications in a multi-org, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead functional requirements gathering and workshops with business teams.
• Design and configure end-to-end Order-To-Cash processes.
• Configure Oracle Ebs R12 Order Management, including order types, transaction types, order entry, routing rules, holds, approvals, and workflows.
• Design order booking, pick release, shipping, delivery confirmation, invoicing, returns/rmas, credit memos, cancellations, rebills, and warranty credits.
• Configure and validate Advanced Pricing, including price lists, modifiers, and qualifiers.
• Configure and validate Accounts Receivable, including Auto Invoice, Auto Accounting, transaction types, invoice numbering, customer profiles, and receipt processing.
• Validate Inventory organization setup, item assignments, shipping parameters, serial/lot controls, costing, and cogs.
• Support intercompany transactions and international shipping/export requirements.
• Lead fit-gap analysis and drive functional design decisions.
• Prepare BR100, MD050 specifications, functional documentation, and test scripts.
• Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Work with technical teams and use SQL for issue analysis and troubleshooting.

Required Skills:

• 15–20 years of overall Oracle Ebs experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Ebs R12.
• Deep expertise in:
  Oracle Ebs Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Inventory, Accounts Receivable / Financials.
• Strong understanding of O2c business processes, order-to-invoice accounting, inventory, and costing.
• Experience with Multi-Org / Moac environments.
• Experience in international shipping and export documentation.
• Strong client-facing communication and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to perform functional analysis and drive architecture/design decisions.
• Working knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and issue analysis.
