Lead the Team & Build Culture – Model Freddy’s values and set a positive tone in the restaurant; recruit, train and develop a high-performing team; coach and appraise staff; and build a succession plan for each team member;
Drive Results & Manage Operations – Meet sales and profit goals through effective management of labor, inventory and guest experience;
Oversee in-store operations, including staffing, food safety, merchandising, equipment maintenance, cash handling and waste control;
Develop the Team – Utilize Freddy’s training materials, perform and teach all line and manager duties, and maintain a presence on the floor;
