Position Details: Defense & Aero Delivery Partner

Job Title

Responsibilities Include:

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client leadership.
• Ensure alignment of delivery outcomes with client expectations and contractual obligations.

Program Delivery & Governance

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT and business services across multiple work streams.
• Establish and manage governance frameworks, including cadence for reviews, reporting, and escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery processes.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure adherence to Aerospace & Defense industry standards, including ITAR, EAR, and other export control regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and client compliance teams to mitigate risks and ensure audit readiness.

Team Leadership & Resource Management

• Manage cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Mentor and develop team members to build domain and delivery capabilities.
• Optimize resource utilization and manage capacity planning.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in managing complex programs, ensuring compliance with export control regulations, and driving operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. Experience with Agile/Dev Ops delivery models. In order to comply with U.S. laws and regulations applicable to this position, the person(s) hired must possess the ability to obtain US Security Clearance which requires that the person be a U.S. Citizen, a U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e., a "Green Card Holder"), or a Political Asylee or Refugee.
