Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and detail‑oriented Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling systems to ensure they meet our high‑quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic principles, excellent soldering skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions and schematics.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble electronic components and devices according to wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform soldering of components on printed circuit boards (PCBs) with high accuracy and quality.
- Route and tie wires to form wire harness used in electrical and electronic equipment or systems; read instructions, such as work orders, diagrams, and wire lists to determine materials needed and sequence of assembly.
- Select wires of specified color, marking, or length, and loop wires between guide pegs on harness board, following color‑coded lines or sequential numbers on board or diagram.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Collaborate with engineers and other technicians to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
- Must have excellent soldering skills.
- Must have prior experience with printed circuit board, wiring and cable assembly.
- Must have prior experience with soldering wiring harness through‑hole and surface‑mount technology components.
- Rework PCBs—remove and replace through‑hole and surface‑mount electronic components.
- Must be able to read electronic schematics, mechanical drawings, and written instructions.
- Must be able to speak and read English.

- Use Bill of Material to pull parts from stock‑room and assemble parts kit.
- Experience 1–3 years minimum in electronics or similar field.
- Building electro‑mechanical assemblies.
- Proficiency in soldering printed circuit boards, wire and cables.
- Using screwdrivers and other common hand tools.
- Must be quality conscious.
- Part‑time could be full time for the right candidate.
- Schedule to be determined after interviewing for 1st shift.
- Work location:
in person. - Soldering stations (through‑hole and SMT).
- Bill of Materials (BOM) systems / inventory software.
- Basic Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) for work instructions and documentation.
- Common hand tools (screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, etc.).
