Ignite Missionary

The Jesuit Spiritual Center at Milford is a Catholic ministry sponsored by the Society of Jesus. The organization provides opportunities for Ignatian spiritual formation and retreats, fostering a deeper relationship with God. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Milford, OH, for an Ignite Missionary. The Ignite Missionary will facilitate youth ministry retreats and lead groups in activities steeped in the tradition of St. Ignatius of Loyola. Responsibilities include assisting with retreat ministry, engaging in faith-based training, facilitating large and small groups, and sharing witness talks. The role requires collaboration with other staff members to deliver impactful and high-quality retreats.

• Ability to work with diverse groups and individuals
• Commitment to the mission and values of the Jesuit Spiritual Center
• Previous experience in ministry or a related role
• Is a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church
• Desire to live in an intentional faith community
• Commitment to deepen in one's personal relationship with God
