Concerto Renal Services is a leading provider of sub‑acute hemodialysis in skilled nursing and long‑term care facilities. We are expanding rapidly with a mission to reimagine dialysis care, one community at a time.

The Dialysis Technician works within the hemodialysis care team to deliver safe and effective dialysis therapy under the supervision of a licensed nurse, following Concerto’s policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

• Provide direct patient care, including initiating and terminating dialysis treatments per prescribed orders.
• Obtain and document pre‑ and post‑treatment vitals, weight, and vascular access assessments.
• Set up, operate, and perform safety checks on hemodialysis machines, administer heparin as permitted.
• Accurately document treatment details and prepare laboratory specimens as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR certification or completion upon start.
• Minimum of two (2) years dialysis technician experience.
• Dialysis certification required.
• Physical ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move equipment up to 200 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to pass Ishihara’s Color Blindness test.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, teamwork, communication and empathy.

This role requires frequent standing, bending, and occasional lifting, and involves a typical healthcare facility environment with climate control, moderate noise, and potential exposure to infectious materials.
