Prepare lab batches and coating formulations under senior chemists" guidance

Perform routine testing, sample preparation, and lab work

Collect, organize, and report test data accurately

Maintain clear lab records and documentation

Support senior chemists with new product development projects

Follow all lab safety procedures and chemical handling requirements

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred in Chemistry, Chemical Eng., Materials Science, Polymer Science, or related field

Entry-level candidates welcome; academic lab experience is acceptable

Lab experience with coatings, polymers, formulations, or routine testing

Familiarity with balances, mixers, ovens, viscosity tools, or basic lab equipment
