Stocking Team Associate

Job Overview

Stocking associates unload trucks and stock new freight. They spend most of their time in the backroom. The role requires lifting heavy objects exceeding 50 pounds. Operating heavy machinery such as forklifts may also be necessary.

Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour (may exceed the minimum wage at the location).

Additional Compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour may be paid in specific circumstances, based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
