Provide exemplary leadership for the store by driving the company culture and strategies, achieving targeted results, championing exceptional pet parent service and efficient execution of the store’s daily business;
Recruiting, interviewing, hiring, coaching, and terminating; staffing and scheduling; associate development;
Lead the associate and pet parent experience at all levels; ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures;
Manage store operations including inventory, labor management, and vendor coordination; review in-store cameras for safety and conduct;
Partner with Store Leadership team to execute corporate strategy and profitability goals; monitor store P&L and budgeted labor
