Part-time Merchandiser

• Fulfill customers' merchandising needs through communication and relationship building
• Stock store shelves and maintain or change displays
• Represent Mondelēz in stores and work with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
• Conduct in-store visits according to DSD Merchandising Steps
• Capture pictures of displays at assigned stores
• Ensure Nabisco brands are represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate issues to management
• Follow the merchandising manager's daily schedule
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
• Occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus
• Live within 25 miles of the primary location Milford, OH
• Open availability or at least 1 weekend day
• Start time of 06:00 AM
• Availability for 20 hours per week

Demonstrates strong relationship-building and communication skills to fulfill merchandising needs while ensuring product visibility and adherence to company guidelines. Capable of managing in-store visits and executing merchandising plans effectively.
