Route Service Representative Workweek

Job Description

Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. The role involves driving a truck along established routes to deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products, and other facility service products. The position is physical, fast‑paced, and requires indoor/outdoor work.

Training & Compensation:
Comprehensive 10‑week training program with an hourly rate of $24.00 until assigned a route. After assignment, base salary plus commission. Majority of work occurs on a 4‑day week, with no nights or weekends. Monthly/quarterly performance bonuses, incentives, and potential for advancement.

• Serve as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers.
• Ensure quality standards and proactively resolve customer concerns.
• Grow the customer base by upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and manage inventory while working professionally and safely.
• Comply with driving and vehicle regulations.

• Active driver's license and DOT medical certification.
• At least 21 years of age.
• DOT compliance for driving a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs.
• Documentation of previous employment.

• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position.
• High School diploma, GED, or Military Service.
• Strong customer service orientation.
