* Inside Sales Representative (Inbound + Outbound) **

Coldstream is expanding our inside sales team and looking for a driven, organized, and confident Inside Sales Representative to handle inbound leads and generate new business through outbound calling. This role is the front line of our customer experience and a key driver of growth across multiple divisions.

* Position Overview **

The Inside Sales Representative manages all inbound inquiries, makes outbound calls to homeowners and partners, and keeps our calendars full. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers and play a critical role in converting leads into scheduled appointments.

* Key Responsibilities **

• Respond quickly and professionally to all inbound leads
• Make outbound calls to homeowners, past customers, and warm prospects
• Set appointments for Exteriors, Solar, and Electrical divisions
• Maintain a high daily call volume and consistent follow‐up cadence
• Rehash old leads and revive stalled opportunities
• Confirm next‑day appointments and reduce no‑shows
• Keep CRM notes clean, accurate, and organized
• Ensure every lead is touched, tracked, and followed through

• Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with homeowners
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple lead sources
• Comfortable with high outbound call volume
• Fast learner who can understand multiple service lines
• Professional communication skills

• Experience in home services or call‑center environments is a plus
