** Here's What You'll Do
*** Provide sound, unbiased environmental, economic, and agronomic recommendations to current and prospective IAS consulting clients and dealer networks.
* Promote IAS precision agriculture services, including High Density Soil Sampling and High Density Scouting, that deliver measurable agronomic and economic value while protecting our clients' natural resources.
* Become highly proficient with GIS software platforms including Ag Leader SMS, Field Alytics, and My Farm Solutions , along with other technologies utilized by IAS.
* Process agronomic data accurately and efficiently while ensuring all client information is entered securely and on time.
* Prepare accurate sales orders and billing documentation for the Accounts Receivable department.
* Assist in the timely collection of customer accounts receivable.
* Develop annual sales goals and budgets to maximize the profitability and growth of your assigned book of business.
* Master the skills necessary to scout crops using cutting-edge technologies and support IAS High Density Scouting programs.
* Maintain accurate agronomic records required by clients and regulatory programs, including soil tests, tissue tests, scouting reports, fertility recommendations, pesticide recommendations, and 4R nutrient stewardship documentation.
* Manage, organize, and transfer GIS client records across multiple software platforms, including AgFiniti, Field Alytics, Taranis, SMS, and My Farm Solutions .
* Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
** Here's What We're Looking For
*** Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agricultural Business, Crop Science, or a related field with a minimum of
** two years of agronomic experience
** preferred. Candidates with an Associate's degree and
** four or more years of relevant experience
** will also be considered.
* Willingness to obtain Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) certification within one year of employment.
* Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
* Working knowledge of pesticide chemistry, weed science, soil science, and soil fertility.
* Experience with or an understanding of precision agriculture technologies and agronomic data management.
* A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships with growers.
* The confidence to challenge conventional thinking and encourage clients to adopt new ideas backed by unbiased, science-based agronomic recommendations.
* Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
* Valid driver's license required.

* ** Salary Range: $60,000 – $100,000
