• Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
• Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
• Install, remove, and upgrade termite baiting stations.
• Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis.
• Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters.
• Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
• Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services.
• Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements.
• Serve as a key member of the branch team.

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Good driving record and ability to pass background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
• Experience in the services industry is preferred but not required.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company paid).
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. to inspect for activity and damage.
• Work in all types of weather conditions.
