Responsibilities- Deliver high‑quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers.
- Inspect customer properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage.
- Install, remove, and upgrade termite baiting stations.
- Inspect and bait stations on a regular basis.
- Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services as needed.
- Build strong relationships with customers to be attentive to their needs in controlling termite matters.
- Seek opportunities for customer base growth.
- Read and follow all label instructions for products utilized while performing termite management services.
- Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements.
- Serve as a key member of the branch team.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Good driving record and ability to pass background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
- Experience in the services industry is preferred but not required.
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity.
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company paid).
- Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. to inspect for activity and damage.
- Work in all types of weather conditions.
