• Deliver high-quality termite management services in accordance with company, manufacturer, and governmental guidelines to residential, industrial, institutional, and commercial customers
• Inspect properties inside and outside for signs of termite activity and damage
• Install and remove/upgrade termite baiting stations; inspect and bait stations regularly
• Serve as a consultant for termite damage remediation services as necessary
• Build strong relationships with customers and seek opportunities for growth
• Read and follow all label instructions for products used
• Develop and maintain records of activities, such as service tickets, installations, inspection reports, and service agreements
• Contribute as a key member of the branch team

• Must be at least 18 years old; no pest control experience required
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience in the home services industry is preferred but not required

Must maintain a good driving record and be able to pass criminal history background check, physical exam, and drug screen.

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer’s weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Able to obtain pesticide licensure within the training period (company-paid)
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc. to inspect for activity and damage
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
