Holland Roofing is hiring Roofer Helpers for our Milford team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are comfortable working outdoors.
What We're Looking For- Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment
- Construction, trade school, or hands-on work experience preferred
- Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or other equipment is a plus
- Background in roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or similar trades is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with physical work and working outdoors
- Willing to learn commercial roofing
Roofing experience is not required.
Pay & BonusPay: $22.50 per hour
$1,000 Bonus:
- $400 after one year
Start: As soon as the required pre-employment drug screen is completed with a negative result.
