How Your Day Flows Skip the office and head straight to the project site from home. When the workday wraps, you’ll drive straight back—no extra stop  projects finish, you’ll gain experience at new sites around the area.

What You’ll Bring Experience using power tools or outdoor equipment

Background in construction, trade school, or other hands-on work preferred

Experience with forklifts, basket lifts, or similar equipment is a plus Exposure to roofing, carpentry, masonry, sheet metal, landscaping, concrete, asphalt, plumbing, or related trades is helpful

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Comfort with physical, outdoor work in varying weather

Motivation to learn commercial roofing—no prior roofing experience required

Compensation

Pay: $22.50 per hour $1,000 Bonus paid as: $300 after 90 days, $300 after 120 days, and $400 after one year Preferred Knowledge Driver's LicenseOSHA 10-Hour Certification (OSHA 10)
