Parts Department Clerk

The Parts Department Order Clerk is responsible for order entry, picking, packing, shipping parts, and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Accurately process parts orders and maintain order records.
• Assist with picking, packing, and shipping of parts.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock.
• Conduct regular physical counts of inventory and report discrepancies.
• Prepare and generate weekly and monthly inventory and operational reports.
• Assist in organizing storage areas for efficiency and safety.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment in accordance with all safety regulations.
• Support audits as needed.
• Safely operate material handling equipment while adhering to all incident and accident reporting procedures. Follow company safety policies and procedures.
• Participate in Lean initiatives and Kaizen/5S protocols, ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years of previous experience in inventory or warehouse.
• Must be familiar with proper packaging methods and able to interpret visual aids used to convey specific packaging requirements.
• Must be familiar with the most common material handling equipment and be a licensed forklift truck operator.
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
