AboutThe Role
As a school‑based Registered Behavior Technician, you’ll work directly in DOE schools providing one‑on‑one and small‑group ABA therapy services. You’ll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to help students succeed in the school environment.

- $850 sign‑on bonus for non‑certificated RBTs
- Providing paid training and RBT credentialing
- Guarantee hours: 30‑35 hours per week

- Have 48 completed college credits (3 in MATH
100 or up and 3 in ENG
100 or up) - Can pass DOE background screening
- Ability to work at schools in either the Leeward district (Kapolei, Ewa, Waianae) or Central (Mililani, Wahiawa) – the district is your choice!
- Availability Monday – Friday 7:30am – 2:30pm
- Available for in‑person training for 3‑4 weeks between 8:00am – 4:30pm
- MUST be located on Oʻahu and available for an in‑person interview if selected
- This role requires frequent movement, including sitting on the floor, standing, bending, and responding quickly to client needs. Candidates must be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Job Types: Full‑Time (30‑35 hours)
Starting Pay: $24.00 per hour (with future opportunities for raises)
