MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented UAS Robot Integration Trainers to join our team in Oahu Hawaii.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Drafts and develops instructional materials for unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) and robotic platforms to support mission-critical skill development.
Maintain current knowledge of industry standards for autonomous systems to ensure training relevance and technical accuracy.
Prepare and distribute training assessments to monitor the progress of personnel undergoing integration certification.
Facilitates the integration of autonomous platforms into theater logistics distribution networks in the Pacific AOR.
Develop and maintain training SOPs tailored to the employment of UASs in expeditionary and contested environments.
Prepare technical status updates for training events and coordinate with Mission Partners to validate robotic system interoperability.
Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.

Minimum Qualifications:
Midlevel
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Robotics, Education, or a related field and 3+ years of position-relevant experience (additional experience may be substituted in lieu of education).
Foundational proficiency in operating and maintaining unmanned robotic systems.
Master's degree in a related field and 7+ years of position-relevant experience.
FAA Part 107 Small UAS Remote Pilot certification or equivalent military qualification.
- Must hold an active Secret Clearance
The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
