Lead Procurement Analyst – Oahu, HI. MANTECH seeks a motivated, career- and customer-oriented Lead Procurement Analyst.
Responsibilities- Lead the technical execution of procurement acceleration strategies and validate the accuracy of technical specifications to minimize acquisition delays.
- Coordinate the investigation of procurement bottlenecks and lead the development of technical root‑cause analyses for supply‑chain choke points, monitor vendor performance against aggressive timelines and validate streamlined SOW templates.
- Execute strategic procurement expediting throughout the Indo‑Pacific theater.
- Translate program‑level mission needs into actionable technical specifications and precise SOWs designed to bypass traditionally slow acquisition hurdles and reduce PALT.
- Proactively interface with mission partners to identify and resolve procurement risks before they impact regional readiness and ensure asymmetric requirements meet audit standards.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to subordinate staff.
- BA/BS degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Deep fluency in FAR/DFARS.
- Significant experience drafting complex SOWs and technical requirements.
- PMP or Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Experience with DoD contract management software.
- Professional capacity for strategic process mapping and reducing PALT.
- Must hold an active secret clearance.
- Must be able to remain stationary for 50% of time.
- Constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as calculator, copy machine and printer.
- Frequently communicate with co‑workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations and exchanging accurate information.
The projected compensation range for this position is $98,000.00-$. Additional factors such as contract wage determination, relevant experience, skills and competencies, geographic location, education and certifications may impact final salary.
