** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
* Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
* Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
* Collaborate with team members to support continuous plant operations
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

*** Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
* Commitment to safety and following established procedures
* Capable of working independently and in a team environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
* Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** Physical Demands
*** Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
* Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
* Manual dexterity required to operate tools and machinery
* Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
