• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions
• Operate tools and machinery safely and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to support continuous plant operations
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections

• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Commitment to safety and following established procedures
• Capable of working independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must meet all company and regulatory safety requirements

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

• Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Manual dexterity required to operate tools and machinery
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required

• Starting Pay $24.84 per hour DOE
