The Manufacturing Technician I will work closely with the manufacturing engineering team and will be primarily responsible for manufacturing instruments on an assembly line.

The Manufacturing Technician I is responsible for following documented procedures, such as Manufacturing Work Instructions; performing inspections and functional tests to verify quality conformance; following all safety protocols to perform all tasks in a safe environment. This hands‑on position will require good hand‑eye coordination, strong attention to detail, and the ability to understand complex manufacturing instructions and engineering drawings.

• Relevant associate degree or high school degree* (0-2 years of experience as a Manufacturing Technician)
• Good hand‑eye coordination
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Work may involve repetitive arm/wrist motions.
• Ability to work directly with, handle, or come into contact with chemicals or reagents.
• Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with peers, supervisors, manufacturing engineers.
• Ability to understand instructions and batch records written and spoken in English.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.

Base salary: $18.26/hr – $25/hr (dependent on education, training, experience, location, and other factors).
