TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . .
  • Assists in maintaining good working relationships with vendors
  • Handles any special guest situations/complaints/returns
  • Assists in product delivery, receiving, unloading, rotation and storage
  • Assists in merchandising of product for retail sales
  • Maintains proper merchandising and signage on all products
  • Assists in monthly tastings with guests
  • Maintains department in a neat, clean, and orderly manner
  • Supports and follows all company and department policies
  • Keeps up on industry trends, standards, changes and state regulations
  • Supports and follows sustainability programs and all security and safety policies
  • Demonstrates attitude of service to co-workers and customers
  • Operates within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand
THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . .
  • Must be 21 yrs. or older
  • Knowledge, interest, enthusiasm for beer/wine/spirits and retail experience
  • Must be certified MAST 12/13
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Demonstrates self-discipline and accountability
  • Must be accurate and detail-oriented
  • Must be a team player, a leader, and a positive role model
  • Ability to take direction and carry out department tasks and assignments
  • Displays excellent work ethic
  • Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work independently, as well as with a diverse group of customers, employees, and leadership
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and have excellent manual dexterity
  • Exemplifies health department standards
  • Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Entry Level Compensation

USD $18.40/Hr.

Maximum Compensation

USD $26.15/Hr.
