We are looking for a motivated, energetic Outside Sales teammate to join our events marketing team. The role promotes our services at local events, home shows, and by canvassing neighborhoods. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, working both indoors and outdoors, and representing a growing brand in local communities.

• Schedule Qualified Roofing Inspection Appointments
• Initiate friendly conversations with community members and provide detailed information or suggestions.
• Track interactions, gather leads, and report activity using mobile devices.
• Provide accurate, honest representation of the brand with a focus on professionalism.
• Attend team briefings and regularly update the team on outreach performance.
• Attend Home Show and other events in the local area.
• Follow company guidelines regarding privacy, data collection, and customer interaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently in field and event environments.
• Basic technology experience with mobile devices, tablets, and industry‑specific software.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Prior experience in events/field marketing, canvassing, or promotions is a plus, but not required.

• Competitive Hourly Pay + Performance Based Incentives
  • On‑Target Earnings: $43,680 - $70,000 depending on performance
• Full‑time hours – 32‑40 per week.
