Mid Shift Excavator Operator

• Operate excavators to load raw materials into portable crushing equipment.
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance to ensure safe operation.
• Assist with plant setup, relocation, and breakdown as needed.
• Communicate with team members to maintain efficient material flow.
• Follow all safety and environmental procedures on site.

  11am – 9pm.

• Experience operating excavators and other heavy equipment in a production setting.
• Strong commitment to safety and situational awareness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a mobile plant environment.
• Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Flexibility to work mid‑shift hours and adapt to changing work locations.

Successful candidate must submit to a post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

Role operates primarily in environments involving moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise levels.

• Ability to sit for extended periods while operating equipment.
• Frequent walking, standing, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Manual dexterity and visual acuity required to operate controls and inspect equipment.
• Tolerance for working in dusty, noisy, and physically demanding environments.
• Use of personal protective equipment such as hard hats, gloves, safety glasses, and steel‑toed boots.

• Starting pay $26.00 per hour DOE.
