OverviewBank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for an eager, energetic and friendly full time Customer Service Supervisor to work at our Mill Valley branch.
ResponsibilitiesThe Customer Service Supervisor must be proficient in providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for the work direction and coordination of staff within the branch. Works directly with the Branch Manager to provide support in operational areas as needed in the branch or branches. Effectively sell and service the Bank's products and make qualified referrals to bank partners.
QualificationsProfessional
Experience:
3-5 years previous banking experience, including 1-2 years as a supervisor (or) mastery of all Customer Service Representative functions.
Educational
Experience:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or 4 year college diploma; general supervision experience and sound organizational skills; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The hiring pay range for this position is $25.40 to $36.09. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
