About the RoleThe Senior Interior Designer will take a leadership role in shaping the design direction of corporate workplace interiors while collaborating closely with project managers, clients, consultants, and internal teams. You will guide projects through all design phases, ensuring creative excellence, technical accuracy, and alignment with client goals.
This position blends design leadership, client engagement, and technical execution, requiring both creative vision and practical implementation skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead design development for corporate workplace interior projects from programming through installation
- Translate client goals, workplace strategy, and brand identity into innovative design solutions
- Develop space planning concepts, design presentations, and material narratives
- Produce and review drawing sets and technical documentation (AutoCAD-based)
- Select and specify furniture, finishes, materials, and lighting solutions
- Collaborate with project managers to support schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as a trusted design advisor
- Conduct site visits and support construction administration to maintain design intent
- Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers
- Maintain quality control and uphold firm design standards across projects
- Ability to lead projects creatively while balancing technical execution
