We are seeking an experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative vision and execution of corporate workplace interior projects from concept through installation. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, technical expertise, and a client-facing collaborative approach.

• Lead design development for corporate workplace interior projects from programming through installation.
• Translate client goals, workplace strategy, and brand identity into innovative design solutions.
• Develop space planning concepts, design presentations, and material narratives.
• Produce and review drawing sets and technical documentation (AutoCAD-based).
• Select and specify furniture, finishes, materials, and lighting solutions.
• Collaborate with project managers to support schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations as a trusted design advisor.
• Conduct site visits and support construction administration to maintain design intent.
• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Maintain quality control and uphold firm design standards across projects.
