Overview

Bank of Marin, voted by our employees as one of the Best Places to Work in the North Bay Business Journal, is looking for an eager and friendly experienced Retail Banker to work at our Mill Valley branch.
Responsibilities- Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service as part of a branch team.
- Consistently sell Bank services and products, while making qualified referrals to Bank partners.
- Support areas in the branch as needed.
- Listen, analyze and interpret data, resolve problems, and build strong customer relationships.
- Support the financial needs of local businesses and engage in community service on the job for non-profit clients.
- Minimum of 2 years banking experience is required.
- Ability to work at various locations if necessary.
- Computer literacy required.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and or one year certificate from college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
CompensationThe hiring pay range for this position is $20.44 to $37.17. In addition to the pay range listed, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
