Retail Sales Associate

If you love beautiful home design and working with people we are looking for you! Based in Mill Valley, The Good Life Shop is known for its carefully curated collection of home goods, with a focus on kitchen and table, blending new & vintage wares. Our boutique in the Mill Valley Lumber Yard is looking for a part-time Sales Associate/Key Holder to work 2-3 days, 15-20 hours per week.

All applicants must be sales driven and offer outstanding customer service.

• Previous retail sales experience with strong selling & styling skills
• Friendly, outgoing personality, with a high level of integrity and an excellent work ethic
• Organized, mature, and self‑motivated team player. Primarily working alone in our small shop.
• Flexible schedule to cover shifts for other team members as needed, with availability that includes at least one weekend day.
• Ability to develop and maintain a client base
• Professional, trustworthy, dependable, and punctual

Pay: $20/hr we offer a competitive hourly wage plus a great merchandise discount. Daily coffee, pastries, and lunch are included as an added perk for each shift worked.

Job Type: Part-time.

Shift: Day shift, ideally Fridays and Saturdays 10:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.
