Refrigerated Foods Stocker

Good Earth Mill Valley is seeking a Full Time Refrigerated Foods Stocker.

Good Earth is a community-based natural foods market highly committed to the organic food movement. Our Refrigerated Foods Department has products that can only be found here and nowhere else in Marin. Working in the Fridge Department is a great opportunity to learn a lot about healing foods, food sourcing, local and organic, and the highest ingredient standards. This position is Full time, Mixed shifts, with both weekend days required.

• Unloading, stocking, and ferrying product from back stock to the cooler
• Keeping refrigeration retail shelves fully stocked, rotated, and faced
• Giving friendly, helpful, knowledgeable customer service
• Cleaning
• Keeping the cooler organized
• Learning more and more about the products and organic food
• Communicating courteously and effectively with team members

• Previous retail experience with strong customer service experience
• Some grocery or natural foods experience preferred
  
  Ability to work in a cold environment
• Ability to be on feet all day, and lift up to 30 lbs regularly
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English required.
