Assistant Manager - Boutique Fitness Studio

Part-Time | 20-30 hours/week

We're hiring two Assistant Managers to help lead the heartbeat of our studio. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on energy, loves motivating others, and wants to grow into leadership in a results-driven fitness environment.

You'll master everything a Sales Associate does while also taking on recruiting, training, and coaching the front desk team. You'll be a key driver of membership sales, retention, and an unforgettable member experience-from first class to long-term results.

What you'll do:

• Lead the front desk with confidence, urgency, and positivity
• Coach the team to hit goals and celebrate wins
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and daily operations
• Build strong member relationships and studio community
• Drive sales and retention through connection, accountability, and energy

Who you are:

• Experience in sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality
• Naturally motivating and comfortable leading by example
• Reliable, organized, and goal-oriented
• Will actively works out and live the brand
• Available for early mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
