Senior Treatment Coordinator

Pay or shift range: $30–$38 per hour. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.

Schedule: Monday–Thursday (32 hours/week) with potential for Friday hours in the future as the practice continues to grow

James Warren Dental is a modern, patient-focused dental practice located in downtown Millbrae. Our office features digital scanners, CBCT imaging, laser dentistry, Weave communication systems, and Dentrix practice management software.

We are a growing practice with one doctor, two hygienists, and a collaborative team that prioritizes exceptional patient experiences, open communication, continuous learning, and mutual support.

As our practice continues to grow and add associate dentists, we are seeking an experienced Treatment Coordinator who can help patients move confidently through treatment while supporting an efficient and productive schedule.

• Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements with patients
• Explain insurance benefits and estimated patient portions
• Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments
• Follow up on unscheduled treatment and pending treatment plans
• Verify insurance benefits and assist with insurance follow‑up
• Collect payments and establish payment arrangements according to office policies
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Serve as a primary point of contact for patient questions regarding treatment and finances
• Support a positive patient experience from consultation through completion of treatment
• Work closely with the doctor, hygienists, and clinical team to maintain productive schedules
• Assist with patient communication using Weave and Dentrix

• Minimum 2 years of dental treatment coordinator or dental front office experience
• Experience presenting treatment and discussing financial arrangements
• Experience with dental insurance verification and benefit breakdowns
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Professional, organized, and dependable

• Weave experience

• Leadership or supervisory experience
