Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Banker for a direct hire opportunity in Millbrae, CA. This role is ideal for a banking professional with hands‑on account‑opening experience who enjoys building client relationships, identifying financial needs, and recommending products that support customers’ goals. As a Banker, you will work closely with consumer and business clients while supporting daily branch operations. • Open and manage consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, Trusts, and Estate accounts.
• Provide consultative financial solutions by actively listening to client needs and recommending appropriate banking products.
• Support teller transactions as needed while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and compliance.
• Respond to client inquiries efficiently and deliver a high level of customer service.
• Identify opportunities to support branch growth through new business development and relationship‑building.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies and banking regulations, including BSA requirements.

• Compensation: $20 to $31 per hour.
