The Nurse Manager of Family Birth Center will oversee 24/7 operations for labor and delivery, antepartum triage, obstetric ORs, and seamless coordination with postpartum and a neonatal intensive care service, driving staffing, budgeting, quality, and regulatory readiness.

The Nurse Manager of Maternal Child Health will be supported by clinical nurse specialists, nurse educators, lactation consultants, charge nurses, and data/quality partners, while leading a friendly nursing team and a diverse, collaborative group of obstetricians, certified nurse-midwives, anesthesiologists, maternal-fetal medicine specialists, neonatologists, social workers, and ancillary professionals dedicated to safe, culturally responsive, evidence-based care.
