This full-time Luxury Sales Consultant role is an on-site position based in Burlingame, CA. The consultant will welcome and engage showroom guests, actively listen to their needs, and guide them through SLEEP
365®’s product offerings to create personalized sleep solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable sales experience from first contact through purchase. The role involves maintaining an inviting showroom environment, processing sales transactions, following up with clients to support long-term relationships, and meeting or exceeding individual and store sales goals.

The consultant will collaborate with team members, provide feedback on customer preferences, and embody the brand’s commitment to wellness, sustainability, and luxury service.

• Strong Sales Consulting skills with experience in guiding clients through high-quality or luxury product selections.
• Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with a commitment to delivering a premium in-store experience.
• Excellent Communication abilities, including active listening and clear, respectful verbal and written interactions.
• Consulting skills that support personalized recommendations based on each customer’s unique sleep and lifestyle needs.
• Prior retail or showroom sales experience, preferably in luxury goods, home, wellness, or mattress/sleep products.
• Ability to work on-site in Burlingame, CA, including weekends and holidays as needed, and to stand for extended periods.
• Comfort with POS systems and basic digital tools for processing transactions and managing customer information.
• Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a professional, polished presence aligned with a premium consumer brand.
• Interest in sleep health, sustainability, and wellness; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
