Security Officer Unarmed Vehicle Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help deter theft, trespassing, and/or policy violations while maintaining a professional presence.;
Communicate with site contacts, local responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, customer concerns, and changing conditions at the location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns according to site protocols.
